    The novel begins with a prologue where the author meets a young girl on a train from Kanpur to Delhi. She tells him a story, which becomes the basis of the novel. The story revolves around six call center employees working at 'Connexions' in Gurgaon, Haryana, and takes place over one night. The protagonist, Shyam Mehra (alias Sam Marcy), narrates the story, which explores themes of unfulfilled ambitions, insecurities, lost love, financial struggles, and frustrating work culture.
    
    The characters' struggles and relatable issues make the novel engaging. The author also portrays the life of a lonely old man through the character of Military Uncle. The story ends on a happy note, teaching readers to be courageous and make changes in their lives.
    
    The author has left the ending open to readers. The author's unique approach of asking readers to reflect on their fears, anger, and self-improvement areas in the beginning of the novel enhances the reading experience.
